Refund Policy For Mango

Orders placed and processed through our website can be canceled from your user account within the same day before the dispatch of the order. However, once the mango is ready for delivery, no return or refund will be provided.

The mango will be delivered within 5-7 days according to the estimated delivery time with our delivery partner. We will promptly inform you if there is a delay or failure in the delivery process.

If you receive mangoes that are damaged, pressed, squeezed, or crushed, or if there is a delay in delivery, please contact us at support@thekesarking.com  with necessary evidence (an image or video). We will proceed with a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the customer has paid after mutual agreement regarding the refund. The refund will be initiated within seven working days of the date of mutual agreement.

Refunds that are late or don't show up: If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account. If there's still no sign of your refund, contact the company that issued your credit card and your bank.

Replacement, Exchange & Return Policy for Mango

We strictly enforce no Replacement, Exchange, or return policy as Alphonso mango is a perishable product.

However, we are committed to providing you with the best fruits and ensuring complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that mangoes are natural products influenced by various factors, including unpredictable weather conditions in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.
